TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
The tour is to be carried out under the business management of Access Hollywood Tours, LLC with location(s) in Hollywood. Access Hollywood Tours, shall not be responsible for any inconvenience, loss, damage, injury, accident delay or irregularity which maybe be occasioned by reason or defect or through acts or omissions of any company or person performing or rendering the services other than motor coach transportation. AHT reserves all right to cancel or change tour, schedules and prices, to cancel or substitute stops without notice. AHT is not liable for any injury or bodily harm that may occur to the participant and/or any party members during the course of, prior to, or after the trip/tour. Bus operators or tour guides are not able to provide special care or attention to guests with individual health or other needs because of their operator tour and safety responsibilities for the entire group, the only contact shall be ticket(s) issued and delivered to the passenger(s). Access Hollywood Tours is not responsible for personal items left on the vehicle.* Due to circumstance beyond our control our tour route may vary and viewing access to certain sites may change without prior notification.

Medical Release:
The participant represents to AHT that he/she is in good health and has no medical condition or disability or need for prescription medication which would require special attention on the trip/tour (unless written notification is made and sent to AHT and signed). If the participant becomes ill or injured while on the trip/tour, agree that AHT shall have the right, but not the duty, to take reasonable action to secure emergency medical attention and/or transportation for the participant. The participant agrees to immediately inform AHT of any injury or illness occurring during the trip/tour.
COVID RELEASE OF LIABILITY:
As a traveler, you acknowledge that despite all government, local venue, and tour provider efforts to mitigate the spread of COVID, there remains a risk of exposure and potentially contracting of
COVID. You further acknowledge that contracting COVID can bring severe illness and possible death. Based on this understanding, you agree and release AHT of all liability associated with contracting COVID during the trip/tour. Furthermore, AHT is released of all liability associated with vendor and/or destination regulations or policies as result of COVID, including lack of negative Covid test results or proof of Covid vaccine requirements by vendors/destinations.
TRIP RULES AND REGULATIONS:
AHT reserves the right to enforce reasonable rules and standards of conduct to facilitate the participants’ and others’ well-being and enjoyment of the trip/tour. Failure to comply with such rules and standards may result in the
participant being barred from participating in the trip/tour. AHT will not tolerate any participant using or possessing illegal substances and weapons, drinking/possessing alcohol, fighting, theft, or vandalizing/destroying others property. Subject to applicable law. AHT reserves
the right to reject any person as a trip/tour participant at any time prior to or during the trip/tour. If necessary, to enforce its rules and regulations, AHT will, at its sole discretion, have the participant removed from the tour bus and/or removed from the tour group, at the participant’s
sole cost and expense, without subsequent refund.
