Reservation & Cancellation Policy

RESERVATION POLICY:

  • Please check in 20-min prior to all departures.

  • Please notify us in advance for coupons & vouchers.

  • A​ll reservations are first come first serve.​

  • ​All customers are recommended to make a confirmed reservation in advance​.

  • ​​​Reservations can be modified simply by calling 1.​323.472.7938 with 12 hours advanced notice from departure time.

  • ​​​Walk-in reservations are welcome, but are subject to availability.

  • ​​All reservations online or over the phone must be made with a valid form of payment in advance.

REFUND POLICY:

  • Full refund with a minimum of 12 hours advanced notice from tour departure time.

  • ​No refunds less than 12 hours advance notice.

  • Please be aware refunds can take up to 24-48 hours.

  • Cancellations due to weather delays, or traffic delays are not subject to refund, but rather rescheduling.

  • No-call No-shows are not qualified for any type of refunds. 

  • No refunds or rescheduling if booked with-in the 12 hours of departure time.
